Experience

All Your Business Needs was established in 1997 as MYOB Consultants.

In preparation for the introduction of Goods and Service Tax (GST) in Australia on 1 July, 2000, we went to New Zealand and conducted MYOB data processing and prepared the NZ Inland Revenue Department 6 monthly GST Returns for small businesses.  This together with the ATO Seminars assisted us greatly in supporting our clients through the transition to GST.

Prior to the introduction of GST in Australia the company was extremely active, providing MYOB set ups and on-site training to clients throughout Brisbane.  This resulted in a higher volume of MYOB data processing, tidy ups and training in independent centres.

During the past 16 years we have conducted work in approximately 225 businesses which has provided us with a broad knowledge of various business types and structures.  This included a 4.5 year project with the Malaysian Government and the Joint Venture for an interstate Mining Project.

Set Ups

MYOB data files are designed to provide the client with information that is relevant and important to them.  We also consider the information that is required by the client’s accountant and design the chart of accounts, similar to their financial reports.

Features within the software that streamline the data processing are used to reduce the data processing time, making the bookkeeping more cost effective for the client.

Training

MYOB training is available in training centres where Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced and Payroll courses are conducted using a Student Manual.

MYOB training is also available onsite.  As each business is unique, individual training notes are made available to the clients.
